The following pictures are a sampling of those drawn by the students at Luis Marin Middle School in Newark, NJ. The students are part of a program called Mountain Classroom, where they travel to the more rural areas of NJ to learn about nature. One rainy day permitted extra time to be spent on the subject of black bears.
